Meraki is a disability support service that strives for inclusion and acceptance. We strive towards having a positive and long-lasting impact on the lives of people living with disabilities and their families.

The word Meraki means to do something with soul, creativity or love; to put something of yourself into your work.

What began as two brothers with a drive to help people living with disabilities, evolved into an aspiration to have a lasting impact on lives and create a more inclusive society - a passion to cultivate positive change within the wider community.

Ultimately, our service consists of passionate and qualified support workers who assist people in developing and improving their social, emotional and physical skills – for their everyday wellbeing as well as within the wider community, with a focus on increased independence.

At Meraki, we believe differences are not limitations but gifts.

Sometimes all one person needs is a helping hand. Meraki strives to be the helping hand because we believe everyone can impact the world in their own unique way. This truth is our hope and our driving force.
